​​How are your prices structured?

Our price levels are based on the stylists experience and skill. 

 

Do I need a skin test?

Yes, new colour clients must have a skin test at least 2 days before their appointment. Regular clients will be re tested every 6 months.

Why is a blow dry compulsory with colour?

A blow dry is required so we can properly check your colour before you leave and make sure you’re completely happy.

What is the difference between a transformation cut and a cut and blow dry?

If you are having a different hair cut/style e.g going from long too short or a complete restyle you'll need to select the transformation option as the will allow our stylists extra time. Anything else would be our normal cut & blow dry option.

Do you offer wet or dry cuts?

We don’t offer wet or dry cuts unless your hair is naturally curly.

 

I’m not sure what to book, what should I do?

If you’re unsure, please don’t book through the app. Give us a call to chat through your options or book a cut & consultation so we can guide you.

 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. Deposits are required for every appointment and your slot isn’t secured until the deposit is paid.

Deposits are non refundable, but you can reschedule and carry your deposit over as long as you give us at least 2 days’ notice.

 

What happens if I cancel late or don’t show up?

When booking online you agree to our terms. Late cancellations or no shows will be fully charged. If you booked over the phone or by what's app your transfer deposit will be lost.

 

How old do I need to be to have my hair coloured?

How do discounts work?

Discounts are split across services, but toners and treatments are not discounted. All discounts are valid Monday–Friday only (excluding the new client discount). All prices are starting from.

How do your balayage prices work?

Our balayage services are charged based on time.

Balayage transformation - for first timers or if its been 6 months plus or if you are having a complete change using the balayage technique.

Balayage including root tap - this is a refresh of your balayage plus a a root tap to cover regrowth.

Balayage - this is a subtle refresh.

What if I’m running late?

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your appointment and your deposit, or you may be rescheduled.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes,  we offer complimentary consultations for all services.

Do I need to have clean hair for my appointment?

You do not need to have freshly washed hair however we do ask that you do not have lots of products build up such as hairspray or gel as this can interfere with the colour and we will also loose some appointment time having to remove this.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend avoiding fancy or light coloured clothing, on the odd occasion colour transfers down the neck while rinsing off the colour. We also don't recommend hoodies as they can make it difficult when we are colouring around the hairline.

What if I’m unhappy with my hair?

On the rare occasion something isn’t perfect, we’re truly sorry. Any concerns must be reported within 3 days of your appointment. We’ll respond within 2 days and arrange for the service to be corrected. We do not offer refunds, but we will always make corrections with care.
