Things to note

  • Our prices are in order and reflect on level of stylist

​

  • A skin test is always required minimum of 2 days before your appointment if you are a new client

​

  • If you are a regular client you will be skin tested every 6 months

​

  • A blow dry is compulsory with every colour service, this is so that we can check your colour before you leave and so that we know you are happy

​

  • We do not offer wet or dry cuts unless your hair is naturally curly​​

​

  • If you are unsure of what services you would like please do not book on our app. Call the salon to talk through your choices or book a cut & consultation

​

  • Deposits are required for every appointment, without this your appointment will not be secured

​

  • Deposits are non - refundable.  You are able to reschedule and carry over your deposit as long as you give us at least 2 days notice​

​

  • When booking online you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, if you no show or cancel late you will automatically be charged

​

  • We will never colour hair under the age of 16​

​

  • Discounts are split over the services 

​

  • Toners & treatments are not discounted

​

  • We offer complimentary consultations for all services

​

  • All discounts valid Monday - Friday only. Excluding new client discount

  • Our balayage services are charged on time, please see our app for information on each service

​

  • If you are more 15 minutes late you may loose your appointment as well as your deposit or it may be rescheduled

​

  • As covid restrictions have now changed charges will still apply when cancelling late

​

  • On the very rare occasion we didn't get it right the first time please accept our sincerest apologies! Our policy goes a little like this... Any issues must be received within 3 days of your appointment and we will always get back to you within 2 days! We will never issue a refund, as determined by a senior member of staff or salon owner the service will be rectified by a stylist more experienced
